Course Description

Over the two decades that that Jack Welch ran GE, it became the most valuable corporation in the world, increased in value over thirty times and under his leadership turned out more Fortune 500 CEO’s than any other company in history. He tried to distil his management philosophy into what he termed the 4 E’s and 1P of Leadership. He believed leaders needed boundless Energy to drive the business forward; the ability to Energise others to create the spark to perform; possess the Edge when it came to making tough decisions and the skill to Execute to convert all the above into tangible results. Above all he believed that the best leaders burned with Passion to succeed. This one day workshop gives participants insight into Jack Welch’s philosophy and offers practical guidance on how to apply the philosophy
